These are the plain-English rules for using this website and working with StarPull Marketing (“StarPull,” “we,” “us”), a social media and Google listing service for businesses on Colorado's Western Slope. If you become a client, you'll sign a client service agreement. If anything here differs from your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Free sample week and Google audit
Asking for a free sample week or Google audit costs nothing and doesn't commit you to anything. We make sample posts from photos you send us and only use them to show you what we'd do, unless you sign up and say OK to posting them.
Month-to-month, no long contracts
- Packages run month-to-month and renew each month until you cancel.
- To cancel, tell us in writing (email is fine) at least 15 days before your next billing date. Service runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
- We don't refund the current month once it's billed.
Prices and billing
- Current prices are on our packages section. Your price is the one in your signed agreement. We may change the prices listed on this site for new clients at any time.
- Monthly fees are billed in advance by autopay (ACH bank transfer or card).
- If a payment is more than 10 days late, we may pause work until it's paid.
- With our ads service, you pay Facebook or Google directly, on your own card, for the ads themselves. Our fee covers setup and management only.
- Limited-time offers, like free setup, can end at any time and only apply to clients who sign up while they run.
No guaranteed results
We promise good work, on time, and an honest monthly report. We don't guarantee followers, likes, calls, leads, sales, reviews or Google rankings. Results depend on things we don't control, like Google, Facebook and Instagram, which change their rules without notice. The example report and price ranges on this site are examples and estimates, not promises.
You own your stuff
- Your Facebook, Instagram and Google accounts, your website address (domain), your photos, your logo and your content stay yours and in your name.
- We work as a Manager or Partner on your accounts. We never ask for your passwords, and we remove our access when you leave.
- You approve every post before it goes out. You confirm you own the photos you send us (or have permission to use them), and you give us written permission to use them for your posts.
- A website we build for you becomes yours once it's paid in full.
- We only show your work in our portfolio if you say OK.
Reviews: we follow the rules
We follow Google's review policies and the FTC's rule on consumer reviews. That means we never buy reviews, never offer customers anything in exchange for a review, never write fake reviews, and never “gate” reviews by asking only happy customers. We ask every customer the same way.
Using this website
The information on this site is general and provided “as is.” We try to keep it accurate, but we can't promise it's always complete or current. Please don't copy our logo, text or designs without asking. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using this website.
Colorado law
These terms are governed by Colorado law. Any dispute goes to the courts in Mesa County, Colorado. We'd always rather talk it out first, so please email us.
